If you DO go, you pay nothing (and have the chance of being paid - as everyone who doesn't go pays out and those who DO go get paid). I thought it was neat and a good motivator. :-)<br /><br />Why not keep a journal/notebook by your bed and make a point to write at least 15 minutes a day in it? I don't know.
